Coach Alliance Giveaway — Official Rules

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Coach Alliance, TPA, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A free method of entry is available and gives you the same chance to win as a paid entry. Purchasing additional tickets adds extra entries and improves your chances of winning.

Paid entry: An active Coach Alliance membership ($300 per drawing) automatically places one ticket in the drawing it is purchased for.

Free entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, mailing address, email address, and the month of the giveaway on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to Coach Alliance, Attn: Giveaway Entries, 404 S Curran Road, Round Lake, IL 60073. Free entries must be received before the giveaway closes and are limited to one (1) per outer envelope.

An active membership places one ticket in the current giveaway. Additional tickets may be purchased, and referral bonuses may apply. There is no limit on the total number of tickets that may be issued for a giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets received for the applicable giveaway.

Each giveaway remains open for its published window. The drawing is held promptly after a giveaway closes.

The winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible tickets received. The drawing is final and binding.

The prize is a 2009 MCI J4500 motorcoach, awarded as-is. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, insurance, and delivery costs.

The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details on file. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected. We will never ask a winner for payment of any kind.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Coach Alliance, which are final. Coach Alliance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by any third party.
